I had a look around the net and both the B&W 600 series and the MA RS series packages seem to be well regarded so I might check these out. I actually have a dedicated 2ch system for CD playback I'm only really after speakers for HT duties which would consist of about 50% movies and 50% gaming. You can add rears later (they're not as fussy about speaker matching) and the sub is one of the most 'underspent' pieces of equipment in the HT these days, you need a good sub (something like the SVS PSB12+ i think it's called.). If you're not desperate about the source then you can always add one later, but I would me more inclined to buy a nice set of mains, with a matching centre speaker - and then use the money you were going to spend on rears and a sub on the source. Afterall, your amplification is quite decent - so the source is the weakest link in your chain.
